Our agent Adam Chaudhry has been a name that most of our family members recommended to us although our initial thought was that it’s something a bit exaggerating but Boy we were wrong ! He is exceptionally amazing at his work and you can tell from his face he thoroughly enjoys his job and is an expert at providing A1 customer service . Adam was an amazing broker. He was able to find us an amazing house in the crazy market that was the beginning of 2022. We were first time home buyers and Adam didn't treat us any differently, unlike most brokers who either blew us off or didn't even want to try to find a house. We put in about 6 offers and got rejected but on the 7th one he was able to get us chosen. Adam was also able to provide an amazing Attorney and Mortgage Company that made the process really simple and easy to go through. We were able to close in 30 days! Also, Adam was able to get us $10k off of our offer on top of $3k in credits, which is something unheard of in this crazy 2022 market. I would recommend Adam Chaudhry because he is readily available to answer questions or concerns and addresses issues in a timely manner. He Listened attentively to my requests and provided me with knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations. He came on board fully informed of my expectations and fully educated himself on the history of the uniqueness of the home and area. The manner in which Adam Chaudhry handled the listing through the closing was pure professionalism. I never had a moment of doubt with my choice of agent or with the outcome of the stellar service provided by him. Adam Chaudhry is truly a sellers dream agent. Without Adam on our side we wouldn't have gotten as much in credits from the sellers. His willingness to work with the selling agent and sellers to get us a better deal was amazing. He also dealt with our lawyer in certain instances when the lawyer did not seem to think pricing or credits should weigh as heavily in our favor as they did. Without Adam we would have paid more and had a much harder buying experience. Adam's commitment to finding us the right house in the right time and his availability made buying a home a little less tedious and painful. I would recommend Adam to any of my friends and family for home buying or selling in the future.
